At Satchel, we focus not on academic outcomes but on empowering educators to cultivate these skills. We equip students with the tools to better understand and regulate their behavior, foster positive attitudes toward others, make informed decisions, and navigate life with confidence. Simultaneously, we work to create environments where teachers feel supported, valued, and empowered to excel in their roles, and where students thrive, enjoying both learning and personal growth.

We have robust processes for measuring progress in subjects like Math and English. Why can’t we do this for skills development? We believe we can and we should and this is why we exist.
